Shipping Policy
Welcome to TRIUNITY ESSENTIALS, LLC! We want to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Here is how our shipping works.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and domestic military bases. We do not offer international shipping right now.
2. Shipping Rates and Costs Standard shipping is completely free for all orders in the United States. You will not see any hidden fees, minimum purchase rules, or handling charges at checkout.
3. Processing and Delivery Times We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, skipping major holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
Transit Time: 4 to 8 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Please note that tracking information might take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as we hand your order to the carrier. You can use this number to track your package in real time.
5. Damages, Loss, and Carrier Delays We cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by carriers, bad weather, or other events outside our control. The title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes the package. Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged or incorrect, email us right away at support@triunityessentials.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
